Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods to Host Broker Luncheon at Liberty Crossing

Atlanta New Home Builder Invites Area Real Estate Professionals to Dine at New Model Home in #1 Selling Community in Jackson County on April 23

With the mild temperatures of Spring in full swing in North Georgia, many happy homeowners in Liberty Crossing are opening their windows to let in the sunshine and fresh air, and opening their doors to welcome in friends and neighbors for backyard barbecues and spring-themed gatherings. The same holds true for Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods’ newest model home as Neighborhood Sales Manager, Yvonne Hunt makes ready to host her first luncheon for local real estate brokers. On Tuesday, April 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Yvonne will roll out the red carpet and play the role of hostess to a select number of the area’s finest real estate professionals as she unveils her community’s brand new and beautifully decorated model home. Boasting an interior exquisitely designed by Tracy Cook of Design Etc, the home only recently opened to the public on April 5, 2013.

This luncheon is not only our way of saying ‘thank you’ for our successes in the past, but to also shine the spotlight on the exciting future Acadia is building in Jackson County and throughout Metro Atlanta.”

The luncheon will feature a sumptuous catered lunch, expertly prepared by Oakwood Occasions. The menu includes Grilled Chicken with Peach Pineapple Salsa, Rice Pilaf with Spring Onions, Sauteed Vegetables, Garden Salad, Key Lime Cupcakes, Strawberry Parfaits and more. As well as a delicious meal in a beautiful setting, the event will include cash drawings and giveaways to the first attendees. Throughout the event, Yvonne will be happy to take guests on tours of the newly unveiled model home, featuring the Albany floorplan – which beautifully showcases 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 lavish bathrooms, expansive owner’s suite, second floor media room, wide-open living spaces, formal dining room, airy kitchen with island, and more.
