Designed by Rearview Advertising, the new website features more images of the wide array of Acadia product offerings, from chic urban townhomes to sprawling single family homes in the suburbs. The Atlanta-based advertising, design, and interactive development company sought to make sure the most important information on the homepage is all contained “above the fold” so it is easily visible for potential Acadia homebuyers. Equally significant, Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods has secured a .com domain – so the former AcadiaHomes.us address now redirects to the new AcadiaHomes.com.
“The main inspiration behind the change was to convey the existing Acadia brand in conjunction with a better look and feel with regard to their web presence,” says Alex Danaila, Managing Partner of Rearview Advertising. “The result is a clean look with easy-to-locate data, such as community map, community price points and contact information. We also employed the most modern CMS (content management systems) technology, so the Acadia team will maintain full control of the website for up-to-the-minute updates. The three main buttons on the homepage feature Communities – which will take visitors immediately to the Community Map; Signature Collection – an exciting new division within the company that features custom homes from the $500,000 to $800,000 range; and Promotions – which can be continually updated to reflect the latest specials and promotional campaigns Acadia may be running from one month to the next.”
